This place suits me perfectly with great amenities like free parking, a fitness center, and indoor swimming pool. The staff offered great restaurant recommendations during my first stay. I’ll definitely be back for Christmas!

good stay but breakfast could improve

The staff was incredibly responsive to our needs, making us feel welcomed throughout our stay. The room was spacious and comfortable, perfect for our couple getaway. Housekeeping was exceptionally kind, ensuring we always had everything we needed. The amenities were great, and we enjoyed the helpful restaurant recommendations given by the staff.

However, many breakfast options were gone during the final half hour, which was disappointing.

the front office staff was so unbelievably confused, you might think they were auditioning for a comedy show, they ran my card twice, and it took 2 hours to resolve nothing. also, towels by the pool are apparently not a priority, my family nearly froze while waiting. one would expect better for these rates, but I just couldn’t withhold my disappointment.

The staff was amazing, greeting us with a

friendly comment every time we entered the lobby. They really made our stay memorable. The location was convenient for exploring, but I wish the room had better sound insulation.

The temperature controls in the room are frustratingly inconsistent!!! The cleanliness in common areas could benefit from a thorough deep clean!!! Outdated decor could really use a refreshing update!!!

It was just a fitting option for a brief stop-in in Mystic with value for price. The kids loved the large rooms with full kitchens, making it easy to snack and relax. Check out the breakfast early for a good selection.

The two-bedroom suite was pretty spacious and had a fully equipped kitchen, which was a lifesaver for our family. The beds were really comfy, making it easy to get a good night's sleep. Everything was clean, but the room could use a bit of updating. The breakfast options were good, with a variety that suited everyone. The only hiccup was the noise from the hallway on a couple of nights, but it wasn't a dealbreaker.
