Close to Mystic Aquarium, just a short walk away! 🐠 My room was awesome - it was spacious and had a new feel to it. The layout was perfect with a separate pull-out couch and a comfy bed. Also, there was a full kitchen which was a huge plus! To top it off, there were two big-screen TVs in the room.

The rooms are reasonably spacious and updated with a pull out couch, everything is good.

The rooms are brand new and fairly clean. The staff is friendly, helpful, and has a great attitude towards guests. The hotel is ideally located close to all the sights, including the aquarium, great restaurants, and the Mystic Seaport attraction.

We had brand-new rooms with comfortable seating, a full kitchen and the staff were amiable. The location was absolutely perfect, at walking distance from Olde Mistick Village Shopping Mall.

I greatly enjoyed the room with a pull out couch, the bed was extremely comfy. The location was particularly good for walking around an American whaling ship. Moreover, it's near all main attractions, and the perfect dining/sightseeing areas.

Besides, the location was favourable and absolutely perfect for our stay, within 10 minutes' walk of Mystic Aquarium.

My recent stay at Residence Inn was fantastic. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff was incredibly accommodating. The 2 bedroom suite we stayed in was fully furnished and felt like a comfortable apartment. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of choices. I also enjoyed the social evenings with complimentary food and drinks. The hotel manager personally checked in to ensure our satisfaction. I highly recommend this hotel for a great stay.

We had an amazing time at this hotel! The location was perfect, as it was close to all the attractions in the area. We could easily walk to the shopping village and even play tennis on the court in the back alley. Our room was spacious and clean, with a well-equipped kitchen. The staff was friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The complimentary breakfast had something for everyone and was delicious. We even enjoyed socializing with other guests and locals during the evening social in the lobby. it was a wonderful experience.

We did experience a delay in getting towels delivered to the pool, which was a bit disappointing.

In all the other hotels I have stayed in, they give you a book for the local events and also the stuff that the hotel offers. That would have been nice to have. I also never had a phone book in the room.

Great Staff, good location, ample parking. Indoor pool for us and the kids. Great outdoor grill for patron use. All in all, it's a very well run operation, they are doing it right! We'll be back!

Our room was not cleaned on the second day. I believe some pranksters from the hotel put a "do not disturb" magnet on our door, that they acquired from another room. There should be a better way to request privacy or a maid other than magnets or fliers on the outside of the door. Perhaps through electronic/phone means.
